Dealer Principal must contact the DealerCONNECT Help Desk at 800-374-4040 for password resets if "Forgot Password" email is not setup. Under NO circumstance will the DealerCONNECT Help Desk reset a password for a dealership employee unless it is for a Dealer Principal.
