The Company provides access to personnel for use solely in the pursuit of the Company's business and contains information proprietary to FCA US LLC, including but not limited to key codes, radio codes, and other anti-theft or security measures, which shall not be provided to unauthorized third parties. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SYSTEM OR INFORMATION IT CONTAINS IS PROHIBITED.

By proceeding beyond this screen, you acknowledge that this system and its data are proprietary, valuable assets of FCA US LLC and acknowledge and agree that you will not provide proprietary or other business information to unauthorized users and acknowledge and agree that unauthorized access or use may result in irreparable harm to the Company.

FCA US LLC management may inspect, and MONITOR the use of, information systems to ensure compliance. The Company may terminate access privileges, take DISCIPLINARY ACTION up to and including discharge, and institute civil or criminal proceedings for violations of the Company's policies, process guidelines, or behavior guidance.
